Cowards, creeps and stupid drink drivers up before magistrates

Plymouth Magistrates’ Court list is back after a short summer holiday. Though the courts are back in full swing, there was a backlog of official records for the media.

Things should be back to normal now.

A mixed bag of offenders, including dodgy drivers and creeps who cannot leave women alone, make up the list.
