Comedy @ Royal William Yard

28 September @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

After a short summer sabbatical Comedy returns to Royal William Yard! Come brighten up these dark times and get some laughter back in your life. Local Plymouth Promoters A Press of Suspects return with a great line up at a great price!

Local restaurants at The Yard are also offering up some discounts for ticket holders so you can grab a bite to eat before the show! Wagamama are offering 10% and WildWood are offering a staggering 30% off your final bill!

Andrew White: Andrew performs all over the country at various clubs, festivals, and corporate events throughout the year. Most notably, he’s taken four successful shows to the famous Edinburgh Fringe.

“Flamboyantly repressed and optimistically cynical, Andrew White is a stand-up fast rising through the comedy ranks with an act that’s “not to be missed” (Daily Record).

“Very exciting and very funny”

(Joe Lycett)

“Absolutely Brilliant…took the stage by storm” (Wiltshire Live”)

Alf: A gloriously silly and hilarious one-liner prop comic. A multitude of achievements under his belt including: ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ finals in Edinburgh, “Standup for Cider ” competition winner. In 2018 he auditioned for Britains Got Talent at the London Palladium and received a Standing Ovation from the Judges and the Audience and in 2019 he was a finalist in the UK Pun Championships and the World One Liner Championships. Unmissable.

Kev Mud: After a life of living on and off the streets, Kev is now hiding away in a caravan on a sheep field. Surreal, warm and cuddly, but with a sharp edge. He’s only been going for a few months but has already graced stages from Falmouth to London to Glastonbury alongside acts from Mock The Week, QI and Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

Mimi Emily: Won the Cornish Comedian of the Year competition. AFTER 3 gigs! A sweet girl with a ukulele…or so it seems! A complete natural, catch her before she hits the big time.

Hosted by the Anarchic Willtordian Ballorian Edwardian
