Plymouth Tinnitus Information Roadshow

Tinnitus UK is holding a free Tinnitus Information Roadshow event in Plymouth, which aims to reduce stress, confusion, isolation, improve wellbeing and enable people with tinnitus to cope better with their condition.
Tinnitus experts will be giving talks about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.
There’ll also be the opportunity to join in taster sessions of different activities such as yoga and mindfulness, which may help you manage your tinnitus. Plus, there will be an exhibition, with stands from a range of different tinnitus service providers. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
