No need to be Leonardo! \nWe’ll meet next to beatle bums on the Hoe\, do a few stretches\, have a run on this route and finish with a warm down. \nYou will then be able to join us for a coffee/tea afterwards at Costa afterwards and do some creative activities to get your day off to a truly fresh start!
