New school, H&M redevelopment and holiday park expansion

Plans for a new special educational needs school in Okehampton, the redevelopment of Torquay’s former H&M store, and more holiday park pitches across the county are among the latest planning applications submitted across Devon.

Every week dozens of planning and licensing applications are submitted to the local councils, and the coronavirus pandemic has not changed that.

Here is the list of applications that have been submitted and validated by the various local councils or planning authorities in Devon in the last week.
