Creative Morning Running – Hoe Park

16 September @ 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Free

Start the day right! It’s the perfect way to meet new people in their 30s and 40s, boost your energy and spark your creativity.

Inspired by the CreativeMorningsRunning group in Toulouse we have adapted it locally!

Worried you aren’t a “runner” ? No problem! This is about doing a little bit of moving, not a gruelling sprint

Worried you aren’t “creative”? No problem! Its just about having a go. No need to be Leonardo!

We’ll meet next to beatle bums on the Hoe, do a few stretches, have a run on this route and finish with a warm down.

You will then be able to join us for a coffee/tea afterwards at Costa afterwards and do some creative activities to get your day off to a truly fresh start!
